The One Love Yoga Flow approach is not about achieving difficult postures and collecting accomplishments to feed the ego.

 

We have to be honest with ourselves.  We have to be kind to ourselves and to our bodies.  Most importantly we have to love and accept ourselves, the way we are NOW, and not the way we wish we could be.  

 

We are all vessels for love, growth and understanding.

 

Through yoga you will begin to have an honest conversation with yourself by asking your body and spirit what they truly need.

 

If you have the patience and the tools to listen, yoga will give you the answers.
